More meat, less potatoes -- Korean BBQs and beef jerky as a go to snack!
When we first got our dehydrator, I stared at it blankly for months, maybe a year. I don't remember, but as simple as it takes to operate it, it just looked daunting. I'd never used one, never seen anyone else use one, had no idea what their success rates were … and of course, when it comes to cooking, I'm neurotic. If it's not perfect, if I don't like it, I assume no one else does either, even if the recipe was at fault.
